After working for 10 years in companies like Infosys and Timken, he dropped the plan of going and settling abroad and chose to move into agriculture to make the farmers realise their value of produce. He worked for 5 years in agri tech startups at leadership and consulting roles to get the deep insights of the ecosystem. With a mission to connect the roots with the society and help farmers grow, he came up with an idea to create ecosystem that of bringing local produce at centre stage and remain vocal for it.
After months of intense planning and field visits , Amal was born.

Coming from the background of corporate and leadership training, She has a different approach to Amal. After graduating from Calcutta University , she trained thousands of students and corporate leaders . Her NLP and Dale Carnegie certifications would help the company take the softer route and create and develop the product as D2C brand.

Ranjan D Sen is a serial entrepreneur having over 18 years of experience in both forward and backward linkages of Agriculture. His vast experience in Integrated crop management for plantation sector is well known in the Tea sector as well as Organic farming project implementation experiences in Field crops and Horticulture farm produces. He is fond of travelling to explore Invaluable Treasures of Incredible India. He is a visiting faculty in multiple agri universities.
